Long-Neck ISCAR Endmills Reach Deeper Into Aluminum

ISCAR has added long-neck styles to its popular 3-flute solid carbide CHATTERFREE endmills, enabling very fast aluminum milling in longer-reach applications. With or without coolant they can handle full slot machining up to 2xD depth of cut in that metal and safely finish 4xD slots in two passes.
The new longer-neck mills feature all the proven features and benefits found in every ISCAR CHATTERFREE endmill. Variable-helix flutes reduce the harmonics and vibration that can snap solid carbide mills. Ground and polished cutting edges deliver excellent bottom and side surface finish and leave no mismatch lines.
