 Adaptor Extensions for CLICKFIT and FLEXFIT
 
  Superb Clamping Device Combined with A New Mounting System for Extended Length Endmills  
  ISCAR has combined the advantages of its CLICKFIT clamping device and the FLEXFIT mounting system into an integrated, extended overhang product line. A choice of various types of HELIBALL milling heads for profile milling and CHAMMILL ERCM milling heads can be mounted on FLEXFIT extensions. These extensions may then be mounted on a CLICKFIT adaptor, providing the ultimate in secure clamping and long overhang.

This combination is an efficient and economical solution for machining molds and dies, for the turbine blade industries, and for other applications where three-dimensional shapes are generally machined.
