IMC's Global Policy Regarding REACH
The IMC Group is fully aware of, and has been taking all necessary measures to secure compliance with, the relevant provisions of the European Regulation (EC) 1907/2006 concerning Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH).
Being a global leading company in its field with substantial operations in Europe, the IMC Group is committed to comply with all relevant provisions deriving from the REACH Regulations, and to have these properly implemented in accordance with the timescale which is specified therein.
Accordingly, the IMC Group is presently engaged in vigorous activities, with a view to complete the pre-registration and registration (to the extent such may be needed),
of all substances which are specified in the said REACH Regulations.
To accomplish this, the IMC Group is also assisted by leading expert representatives in Europe, and is presently ready to commence the pre-registration stage, which is scheduled under the REACH Regulations to commence on June 1st 2008.
