    New CAMFIX/HSK - HPMC Tool holders for Multi-Tasking (Mill/Turn) Machines with Bottom Fed Coolant Channels (JHPMC)

    Highlights
    ISCAR is expanding the line of CAMFIX/HSK Tool Holders for multi-tasking machines. The new CAMFIX/HSK - HPMC with bottom fed coolant may be applied to the new generation of multi-connection tools, (MC) JHP Line and turning tools with jet high-pressure coolant (JHP-MC).


    Features

    HSK Tool Holders:
    Currently, multi-tasking machines with an HSK spindle are used with two different types of automatic tool arms (ATC). As a result, there is a chance of collision when using the wrong holder.

    HSK 63WH:
    These shortened length holders due to a reduced under-cut part (DIN 69893 form A) comply with Japanese ICTM standards & ISO 12164-3. These holders are usually used by Japanese MTBs.

    New HSK A63TM (also called HSK-T):
    The new HSK A63TM has an under-cut, according to DIN 69893 form A, and therefore is longer in length. The reason for this is that many European MTBs build their multi-tasking machines with a standard ATC, the same ATC that is used on milling machines that comply with DIN 69893 form A.
    These new holders can be applied to all types of multi-tasking machines.
    Avoid using the HSK WH on such machines.


    Advantages
    • Best perfromance is achieved by using multi-connection JHP-MC turning tools with high-pressure coolant directly to the cutting edge
    • Provides longer tool life in all applications even with standard pressure on JHP-MC turning tools
    • Suitable for turning tools without internal coolant and tools with external coolant supplied from the holder’s nozzle
