    Особенности

    • Полные и неполные профили для американской специальной унифицированной резьбы UN с шагом от 64 до 4 TPI.
    • Полные профили для американской специальной унифицированной резьбы UNJ (ASME B1.15) с шагом от 36 до 9 TPI.
    • Пластины для наружной резьбы с неполным профилем 55° и шагом от 48 до 16 TPI.
    • Метрические пластины с полным и неполным профилем ISO и шагом от 0.5 мм до 3.5 мм.
    • Полные и неполные профили для NPT (национальная трубная резьбы) стандартов и шагом от 27 до 8 TPI.
    • Пластины с полным профилем NPS (американская нормальная цилиндрическая трубная резьба) для механических соединений и трубной арматуры.
    • Пластины с полным профилем NPTF (национальная трубная резьба - сухое уплотнение (ANSI/ASME B1.20.1-1976) для паровых, газовых и водяных труб.


    Наружные пластины PG для электротехнической промышленности

    • API - oil, пластины для резьбы, круглый профиль (API Spec 74-1994).

    Доступны из сплавов IC908, IC228, IC250, IC1007 с покрытием PVD и из сплава IC08 без покрытия:

    • Very good wear resistance.
    • Hard substrate with excellent chipping resistance, combined with TiAlN PVD coating.
    • Provides high wear and oxidation resistance.
    • Good choice for non-ferrous materials and cast iron.


    IC1007

    • A hard submicron grain size substrate with TiAlN + TiN PVD coating.
    • Features high plastic deformation resistance.
    • Suitable for threading steel, stainless steel and hard steels with moderate to high cutting speeds at stable conditions.
    • A good choice for non-ferrous materials and cast iron.




    IC228

    TiN PVD coated grade on very tough substrate.
    Recommended for threading steels and stainless steels at low to medium cutting speeds.

    IC250

    TiCN+TiN PVD coated grade on tough substrate.
    Used for threading steels and alloy steels at low to medium cutting speeds. IC08

    An uncoated submicron carbide grade, used for steels, stainless steel and high-temperature alloys at low cutting speeds.
    Good choice for non-ferrous materials as well.
