Boring operations are performed by specially designed tools that carry two C-type turning inserts and 19mm size inserts, which allow for the completion of the operation in one pass. Boring is the last operation of the first side turning process.
ISCAR’s unique R3P insert geometry is available in two grades, IC8150 and IC8250.
